Outcome-Based Learning Paradigm:

The CFW is committed to provide an Outcome-Based learning Environment that encourages and supports students' academic success. Faculty, staff, students and the larger community work together as a learning community to achieve the Learning Outcomes. Students learn through a constructive process that encourages them to develop understanding, not just to receive information. They are encouraged to take increasing responsibility for their own learning, to become active participants and leaders in the learning community, to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts, and to master the art of learning through self reflection.

he curriculum is designed in such a way to be unified and guided by: the College Learning Outcomes , the General Education Learning Outcomes, and the Program Learning Outcomes.
