Department of Information Science

The academic program offered in the Department of Information Science (ISC) is designed to be current, comprehensive, and flexible. Students study the advanced applications of computer systems, the internet, information systems, and Information Science & Technology. Special emphasis is placed on the role of information technology in the global economy, the technological and economical issues in E-Business and web application development and management. Graduates will have broad understanding of their society, detailed and focused information systems design experience, and a grasp of the foundation of Information Science & Technology.
