Curriculum
The Department of Family Sciences
offers two degree programs. Graduation requirements
for the department include the completion of a set
of courses in the required area of the curriculum
and the completion of the courses required for the
desired concentration. This set of courses is listed
in the major sheet of the two concentrations, namely
Nutrition and
Food Science. In addition a brief
description of each course, including its
prerequisites, is shown in the department’s
course
descriptions.
