The Index cards of periodicals are arranged in alphabetic order.

 The latest issues are placed on the shelf while the old issues belonging to the current year are placed below it. The shelves can be lifted up to see these issues.

The back issues are placed in the back rows. The sign "Back Issues" will lead you to the shelves which are placed near to the rear end. Journals Bound on basis of volumes are placed here.

Journals cannot be issued or taken outside the library. You can Photocopy the articles needed or use the ILL service to get the articles you need.
On the shelves you will find the English journals arranged according to Call Number & the Arabic journals arranged in alphabetical order.
